Well, its been almost five years now, thatSalman Khan was omitted because of Akshay Kumar and that delayed the filming of Kick .... We now learn that Sajid Nadiadwala will pay an extra 5 crore Sallu to stop walking on the film.

A source revealed, Salman was displeased with the way the director has treated over the past five years.
Nadiadwala Akshay Kumar had been launched in all its big-budget movies and Khan had not been contacted for a film until he made his comeback with Wanted.
Salman wanted the producer to pay for his negligence. "Salman is a guy who expects total loyalty," added the source.
Nadiadwala Salman and go back a long way. They hit it off Jeet in 1996, after which the superhit Judwaa (1997). The association has continued Har Dil Jo pyar Karegar (2000) and Mujhse Shaadi karoga (2004).
The two had a serious relationship during their last film Jaan-E-Mann in 2006. They were then fixed in 2009 for a film to be directed by David Dhawan who for whatever reason, never happened.
